it just occurred to me...i have not trained in eons.
ok i shall reward myself after A levels with some nice training :D Maybe do a week if 150km run, then a 500km/week cycle :D ahh sounds beautiful. (and maybe a 30km swim!, but something tells me that this is going to be MEGAAAA boring. 6km a day for 5 days will bore my socks)
I can still remember the days when my alarm rings at 4am so i can go out and cycle. OR reach school at 530 to complete a 16km run. Or the sundays when I run till my legs drop...
Or they sundays where I cycle and climb till my legs refused to move (and sometimes they really just dont want to go)
Or push till you really just want to stop and puke your guts out
And those time trials where you race it as if it was the last moment of your life.
