you know how something which is real sucky can actually be really awesome? haha let me share something with you.

now i really dont like to sit down and study my entire day away. who does seriously? (ok yes some ppl do, but the majority really dont enjoy it that much).
but hey, look what studying does to the world. for one, it makes ChingTo play less computer games and be more student-like haha. It brings friends together at Starbucks to help each other out and cheer each other along. It gives people the chance to have dinner and take breaks together, laughing at the stupidest things that can come out of the mouths of people who have fried brains. It makes cross-country and waterpolo study. now beat that seriously...

studying makes me look at the NatDay Rally differently. You look at it seriously concerned about where we are heading and what PM is really saying. You know the significance of demand and unemployment. It no longer just mean that someone is out of jobs. (and speaking of which, there is something I think is really meaningful. To you and me, unemployment rate in singapore basically means this single-digit percentage. but to the man who got retreched, the unemployment rate is 100%)

studying keeps me from becoming some insane animal. it glues me to the premise of discipline. jiayou people. work hard!
