To understand the following post, you got to know a bit about running and cycling.

Yesterday, I did 6 reps of Mt Faber on my bike. I seriously think I was going to stop halfway cos the climb was so freaking omg. sighh my climbing got a lot to improve. Faber is NOT HARD. there are people out there doing the classic mountains, what the heck is a small hill!

And today was the holyshit tuesday workout. I wouldnt say what it is but it drives you pretty nuts :D 1hr plus after the intervals start, you are at the brink of end. You are drenched in sweat, you heart is pumping beyond measure, your legs are screaming, your body can't stand straight...then you head out for another, and another set...

I DONT FEEL LIKE WALKING NOW
