Its over :) All the ridiculous milage, the stress before the workout, the interval timings to hit, the training sessions so early you finish before your friends wake up, the thousands of rounds around that small school field, the sound of shoe on treadmill for hours at a go, stationary bike rides that never seem to end, the races we give our all for. We're through all that now :D And boy it was a fantastic process...

The moment nationals were over, it was a wild food party. After a strict diet for 2 years, you just lose control at a buffet. My meals consisted of a buffet with nothing healthy, a lunch of 6 pratas, a dinner of frieds and icecream ONLY.

And now, I'm here blogging cos i just finished my first training after nats :D
Went for an 80km cycle, gosh i totally lost my cycling fitness. WTH man, I was slogging like some dog along the way and still, I swear I was only crawling along. Damn, I need to be able to start speeding again...

Trainings now have seriously no stress. No objective but for leisure. You do the intervals without having to worry about your average time or whatever ^.^ AWESOME...
